Where can I book a conference room?
Please book through our website at foliooffices.com by clicking on Book a Conference Room at the top of the page. You’ll find pricing, capacity, and availability for each space listed there.

Do all of the conference rooms have cameras?
No, Huck's Lounge does not have a camera. If you need a space with a camera to capture you and your team for a meeting then you will want to rent either Vester or Woodward conference room. Both of these rooms have Logitech cameras perfect for virtual meetings.

Do you have a room for podcasting?
Yes! Huck’s Lounge works best for podcasting. It has a couch, club chairs, is more private, and good for absorbing any background noise.

Why are weekends and non-business hours more expensive?
Folio is not staffed evenings, weekends, and holidays. Therefore, as a non-member if you would like to book a conference room a staff member will need to come in to accommodate.

Can I have food and beverages in the room?
Yes! Whether its grabbing something from the snack bar or catering for your team, you are welcome to eat and drink in the conference rooms.

If we leave (for lunch, etc.) can we leave our things in the room?
Yes, the room is yours for the time you have it booked so please feel free to leave your things if you need to step away.

Where can I park?
Berkley: Free street parking is available, as well as additional behind the building.
Ferndale: On-street parking is readily available. Paid parking is enforced Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to midnight. Outside those hours, on Sundays, and on city-recognized holidays, parking is free. A parking lot is also located directly behind the building for added convenience

Can I book more than one conference room at a time?
Yes, you may book as many rooms as you need for your group.

When is Folio staffed?
Folio is staffed Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
