Yes! We can give you a free day pass so you can experience the space before making a commitment.
How is the WIFI connection?
Upwards of 600 MBs, so... Fast! No one likes waiting for a page to load!
I make many phone calls, is that going to be a problem?
No, not at all. We have designated phone booths for you to make your calls. This will ensure your privacy as well as not bothering any one else.
Can I use Folio as my business address?
If you have your own private office, yes, you absolutely can. We take care of your mail services also.
How do I become a member?

Do you offer discounts for multiple members from the same company? or for a longer period?

What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, ACH, and all major credit cards.
What should I bring to work at Folio?
Your computer, note pad, pencil, pens- everything you would bring to work at the library or coffee shop.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! We make it affordable and straight forward.

How many hours of conference room bookings do I get?
Depends on the type of your membership!
I am not a member, can I still book a conference room?
Yes- our conference rooms are available to all at fixed hourly, half day, or daily rates.
When can I access the space?
Our office has a secured entry - 24/7.
Where can I keep my lunch?
We have a fridge and a microwave in the kitchen for you to use at your liesure.
Where do I park?
We have a handful of spots behind the building on a first come first served basis, however, there is a FREE municipal lot just 1 block south of the building, as well as tons of on street parking right out front!
